Following the success of the April edition, the museum is organising a second drawing workshop in the heart of the garden.
No experience needed: what matters is letting your eye lead the way. An afternoon to breathe, observe and be inspired by the garden.

Workshop led by Thibaut De Coster, a scenographer who has been working for years to bring empty spaces to life through light, shadow and materials.

TIME: 1.30 pm – 4 pm
MATERIALS: Please bring your preferred materials — pencils, pens, paper, watercolours… whatever you have at hand.

The workshop fee includes admission to the Museum.
In case of rain, the activity will take place indoors.

During the festive season, the Van Buuren Museum & Gardens will be open on 25 and 31 December 2025 to welcome you in a festive atmosphere.

However, the museum will be closed on 24 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.

From November 7, 2025 to February 2, 2026, the Van Buuren Museum and Gardens is partnering with the Brussels Fashion & Lace Museum for an unprecedented exhibition dedicated to fashion from the 1920s and 1930s. Through a selection of period clothing and accessories, this exhibition will explore the evolution of the feminine silhouette in the Art Deco era.
