The limitations of the canvas pushed him to express himself in the landscape using natural elements. Bob Verschueren has been working closely with nature for forty years. He first produced “Wind Paintings”, natural pigments spread across the landscape by the wind.

This was followed by more than 360 installations in Europe and the rest of the world. A vacant lot, a forest, an exhibition space… these are his studios. With his installations, created both inside and outside exhibition centres, he focuses his thoughts on the unbreakable link between life and death, and on the sometimes contradictory bonds that unite man and the rest of nature.
